Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Referral & Corporate Marketing Sr. Manager/Manager/Asstt. Manager/Executive to strengthen our hospitals network by building and maintaining relationships with local doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will play a key role in increasing patient referrals and enhancing the hospital’s visibility in the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and consultants
• Promote hospital services and specialties to referral partners
• Identify and onboard new referral sources in the local area
• Coordinate with internal medical teams to ensure smooth patient referrals
• Regularly visit doctors and healthcare providers for engagement and follow-ups
• Track referral data and prepare reports on performance
• Organize and support medical camps, CMEs, and outreach programs
• Ensure high levels of professional communication and trust with stakeholders
• Marketing & PR Activities
• Doctor Tie-up & Referrals
• Corporate & insurance Coordination

Requirements:

• Experience in referral marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good local network with doctors/consultants is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of hospital operations and services
