Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, investors, local communities, government departments, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, property events, exhibitions, and public interactions.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, associations, brokers, channel partners, and community representatives.
• Support the marketing and sales team in property launches, exhibitions, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with media representatives and assist in preparing press releases, company announcements, and promotional communication.
• Monitor public feedback and market perception of the company's projects and provide regular updates to management.
• Visit project sites and interact with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and concerns.
• Maintain records of important contacts, meetings, communications, complaints, and PR activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Management to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in organizing customer meetings, investor meetings, property events, and corporate functions.
• Handle sensitive communication professionally and help protect the company's brand image and reputation.
• Conduct regular market and competitor interaction to understand customer sentiment and local market trends.
• Perform other PR and coordination responsibilities assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 14 years of experience in Real Estate, PR, Marketing, Customer Relations, Corporate Relations, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and local community will be an advantage.
• Should be confident and comfortable interacting with government officials, customers, media, brokers, and senior management.
• Good command of Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
• Presentable, professional, proactive, and relationship-oriented.
• Should be willing to travel locally for meetings, site visits, events, and official work.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
