Public Relations Officer (IVF & Fertility Center)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to promote the IVF and fertility center.
  
• Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops related to infertility treatments and women's health.

• Build professional relationships with gynecologists, obstetricians, physicians, and other referring doctors.
• Visit clinics and hospitals to introduce IVF and fertility services.
• Explain the hospitals facilities, treatments, success rates, and specialist availability using approved information.
• Maintain regular communication with referral doctors.
• Organize doctor meetings, networking events, and CME programs.

• Welcome patients and guide them through the hospitals services.
• Coordinate appointments with fertility specialists and embryologists.
• Explain the IVF treatment process, available services, and appointment procedures.

• Promote services such as:
  
• IVF and ICSI
• IUI treatment
• Fertility evaluation
• Male infertility treatment
• Egg freezing and fertility preservation
• Donor programs, where legally permitted
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, educational content, and campaigns.
• Help organize fertility awareness camps and patient education sessions.
