• External Relations & Media: Coordinate with PR agency on press releases, handle media

inquiries, build relationships with journalists, and manage public relations.

• Executive Visibility: Support C-suite leaders by crafting speeches, ghost-writing byline

articles, and managing thought leadership or speaking opportunities.

• Reputation Management: Lead strategic messaging and response eorts during

emergencies, crisis or public relations challenges to protect brand trust.

• Brand & Message Consistency: Ensure all public-facing and internal materials align with

the company's core values, mission, and visual/verbal guidelines.

• Team & Agency Oversight: Manage internal communication specialists, copywriters, or

external PR and creative agencies.
