Public Relations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to maintain a positive image of the organization.
• Create engaging content for various media channels, including press releases, social media posts, and speeches.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and industry leaders to secure coverage and build credibility.
• Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries from the media, addressing concerns or issues in a professional manner.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in public relations or related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
• Strong understanding of content development principles and ability to create compelling written materials (press releases, speeches).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with external partners such as journalists, influencers.
