Public Relations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations strategies and campaigns to enhance the organizations brand image.
• To ensure optimum utilization of CSR budgets and into desired domains of the programs
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, articles, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
• Organize and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and public events if required
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaigns performance.
• Preparation of reports pertaining to PR & CSR for internal consumption and for statutory compliance purposes.
• Maintain and update the organization’s website and social media platforms in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
• Handle crisis communication and manage potential PR issues effectively.
• Support internal communications to ensure staff are informed about company activities and messages.
• To coordinate with branding and PR team of CHQ

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate will be preferred from the Mining or Iron & Steel industries
