Public Relations Intern

To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Human Resource/ People Operations Intern

Responsibilities of the Intern:

● Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
● Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues
● Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics
● Assist with the recruitment and selection process
● Maintain employee records and files
● Prepare and present HR-related reports and presentations
● Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal compliance

Requirements:

● Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
● Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Duration: 3 months internship with 6 days training period
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday
Working hours: Part-time, approximate 3 hours per day (Flexible)
Stipend: Unpaid
