PTP - French Language

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Accounts Payable processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PTP operations and support country stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Investigate and resolve supplier payment queries, invoice discrepancies, and AP-related issues.
• Monitor aged payables and collaborate with operations teams to drive resolution.
• Review, analyze, and clear debit balances within the Accounts Payable ledger.
• Process and expedite urgent payment requests while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Support month-end closing activities and payment run execution.
• Collaborate with Country Finance, Operations, and Shared Services teams to improve KPIs and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance requirements, and audit controls.
• Support process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on process and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), or Accounts Payable.
• French language proficiency (B2/C1 level preferred).
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Invoice Processing, Reconciliation, and Payment Processing.
• Experience working in Shared Services / Global Business Services / SSC environment.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
