PTI (Swimming, Chess & Skating)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular Swimming, Chess and Skating training sessions for students.
2. Plan and implement age-appropriate sports and physical fitness activities.
3. Train students for inter-school and other competitive sports events.
4. Monitor students' performance and identify students with potential in different sports.
5. Ensure proper safety, discipline and supervision during all sports activities.
6. Organize sports competitions, events and activities within the school.
7. Maintain records of student participation, attendance and performance.
8. Ensure proper usage, maintenance and safety of sports equipment.
9. Encourage students to actively participate in sports and develop teamwork and sportsmanship.
10. Coordinate with teachers and school management for sports-related programs and events.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge and skills in Swimming, Chess and Skating.
• Prior experience as a PTI, Sports Teacher, Sports Coach or Sports Instructor preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Swimming, Chess or Skating will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and student-handling skills.
• Ability to train students of different age groups.
• Knowledge of basic sports safety, first aid and injury prevention.
• Energetic, disciplined and passionate about sports.
• Experience in preparing students for inter-school competitions will be preferred.
