We're a psychology and mindset education brand. Every day we study why people buy, resist, scroll past, stop, trust, and change their minds. We want someone who is already asking these questions on their own.

What you'll actually experience:

→ Real conversations with real people, where you learn to decode what moves them

→ Watching a stranger go from doubtful to convinced, and understanding exactly why

→ Seeing how psychology plays out on social media: what stops the scroll, what builds trust, what triggers action

→ Working directly with a founder who teaches persuasion and human behaviour professionally

→ Running the day: schedules, priorities, follow-ups. You'll know what's needed before anyone asks

You're our Donna if:

You read people the way others read books

You speak Hindi and English with confidence. No hesitation, no filler

You stay calm when things get chaotic

You anticipate instead of waiting for instructions

You're in or near Chandigarh and can be on-site daily

A background in Psychology (or related fields like Sociology, Mass Comm, or Behavioural Science) is a strong plus, but self-taught curiosity counts just as much

What you leave with:

A real understanding of sales psychology, influence, and human behaviour. These are skills no college teaches and most professionals never learn.

Preferred: a degree or ongoing studies in Psychology or a related field.

Not required: if you've taught yourself how people think, we want to hear from you too.
