Psychologist

Job description:

• Conduct psychological assessments and counselling sessions for patients.
• Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and attendants.
• Handle stress, anxiety, depression and adjustment-related concerns.
• Support patients during hospitalization and treatment journey.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for patient care plans.
• Maintain patient counselling records and documentation.
• Conduct behavioural and therapeutic interventions as required.
• Provide counselling support for chronic illness and critical care patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management Reporting Manager from time to time.
