Requirements

• Masters in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
• Strong clinical and counselling skills
• Experience in assessment, case management and therapy planning
• Experience with suicide risk, trauma-informed modalities a plus
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Stakeholder coordination and operational management skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field-based settings
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and counselling services as per project requirements
• Conduct clinical screening for SRPF personnel and prepare detailed reports
• Manage client intake, assessment and caseloads involving short-term and long-term mental health concerns
• Develop, implement and review individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Prepare and submit clinical session notes on a weekly basis
• Develop and customize content for workshops, webinars and training sessions
• Conduct mental health awareness sessions and training for officers, personnel and families
• Manage end-to-end planning, scheduling and delivery of services and activities
• Support overall project implementation and participate in meetings
