Roles & Responsibilities

As a Psychologist at MindTribe, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting online psychological counselling and support sessions with clients, as appropriate to your qualifications, training, and professional scope of practice.
• Understanding clients' emotional, behavioural, interpersonal, and mental health concerns.
• Building professional, empathetic, and supportive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Using appropriate evidence-based psychological techniques and interventions.
• Developing individualised counselling and support plans based on client requirements.
• Monitoring client progress and maintaining professional documentation.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and following ethical guidelines.
• Identifying situations requiring specialist intervention, supervision, or referral.
• Participating in case discussions, team meetings, training, and professional development activities.
• Collaborating with senior psychologists and other mental health professionals when required.
• Following MindTribe's clinical protocols, professional standards, and organisational policies.
• Continuously developing professional knowledge and counselling skills.

Freshers will be considered for responsibilities appropriate to their qualifications, competencies, and supervision requirements.

1. Fresh Psychology Postgraduates (0 Years' Experience)

Educational Qualifications

Mandatory Minimum Qualification:

• MA / MSc in Psychology
• MA / MSc in Counselling Psychology
• MA / MSc in Applied Psychology
• MA / MSc in Clinical Psychology
• Equivalent recognised postgraduate qualifications in relevant psychology disciplines

Higher Qualifications Are Welcome:

• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
• Ph.D. in Psychology
• Additional recognised training in counselling and psychotherapy

Candidates applying for positions requiring professional registration must hold the applicable registration and qualifications.

Work-From-Home Requirements

This is a 100% REMOTE, FULL-TIME POSITION.

Candidates must have:

• A reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection.
• A personal laptop or desktop computer.
