Psychological Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide psychological counseling services to students, faculty members, and staff at the university.
• Develop and implement effective intervention strategies for individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and resilience building.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Job Requirements :

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 3-20 years of experience in psychological counselling or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with ability to empathize with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
