Role Description The Psf Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, focused on driving retail housing finance sales through direct customer engagement and channel management. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, and guiding applicants through documentation and onboarding. The role involves maintaining relationships with channel partners, builders, and referral sources to generate leads and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. The Psf Sales Executive will conduct regular market visits, follow up on leads, ensure timely processing of applications, and deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements. The role also requires preparing basic sales reports, updating CRM systems, and sharing market insights with the team to support business growth.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing to achieve assigned targets.
• Customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on clear communication, service orientation, and trust-building.
• Basic knowledge of housing finance or retail lending products, with an understanding of documentation, eligibility, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane, conduct regular field visits, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare simple sales reports.
• Preferred educational background: graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in housing finance or NBFC/banking sales is an advantage.
• Strong ethical standards, resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset aligned with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
