Qualification : at BE Computers/B.Tec/MCA Computers.   Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL Experience in working on supporting highly available systems. Good understanding of Windows OS , Cluster, Oracle RACK, SAN Basic understanding of networking Basic knowledge of programing concepts.   Problem Solving/Decision Making   •             Readily draws from resources and uses this information to design creative solutions. •             Demonstrates the ability to make good decisions and judgments •             Communications skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to adapt to different audience levels. (Customer Handling, Team Handling) •             Experience of working in teams and independently •             Ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently •             Ability to take a comprehensive view of entire system to guide the problem investigation process with no assistance •             Ability to research  problems with no known solutions and design solutions for identified problems   Soft skills   Communication skills both written and verbal Excellent team player and Team Handling. Ability to work effectively in a team environment composed of peers and cross-functional members Proactive and positive attitude Decision making, Problem solving and management skills Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Interpersonal skills (Required for Team handling and Customer Handling) Attention to detail Have a strong desire for quality, Sense of urgency, Ability to multi-task , Tact & diplomacy Excited by the challenge of the unknown, Analytical Skills Ability to be available for 7x24 on call if required Ability to work flexible working hours

Experience of at least 4 to 5 Years.
