Job Description:

We are looking for a committed and qualified Primary Teacher (English) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in English language and literature, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching young learners. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons while nurturing a supportive learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct interactive and age-appropriate English lessons for primary students
  
• Design lesson plans, assessments, and evaluation tools
  
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
  
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning
  
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and teaching strategies
  
• Continuously strive to improve teaching methodologies and adapt to student needs
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong command of English language and grammar
  
• Knowledge of English literature and effective teaching practices
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage young learners
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in English (B.A / M.A)
  
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory
  
• Prior experience in teaching English at the primary level is preferred
  
• Open to relocating to Borsad, Anand, Gujarat
