Proving Engineer

• Read part drawings / process and understanding the process to be done in terms of automation.
  - Decide the type of automation to be used for performing the desired Assembly Operations / Testing / inspection / part handling/material movement.
  - Conceptualize various concepts to fulfil the requirement.
  - Prepare PFD and PFMEA With the supporting documents.
  - Able to calculate total time required for Assembly or Testing.
  - Estimation of the Assembly Automation/Test Rig and give techno commercial proposal.
  - Generate various alternatives and get approval for Automation/Test rigs and interact with customers and cell head to freeze on the concept of Automation/Test rigs.
  - Prepare Equipment Note, Layout DAP - Signoff and carry Inspection and validation at supplier end as per DAP signoff.
  - Plan Installation, commissioning and adherence and also ensure project closure as per timeline.
  - Prepare the overall project plan and monitor for adherence.
  - Plan new or breakthrough technology with respect to Automation.
  - Ensure horizontal deployment of improvements across all project
