Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write proposals for RFPs, RFIs, and other client requirements.
• Create executive summaries, technical approaches, solution overviews, and case studies.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams.
• Manage proposal timelines, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Review proposals for accuracy, quality, formatting, and compliance.
• Maintain reusable proposal templates and content repositories.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in proposal writing, preferably in the software or enterprise IT industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools, proposal lifecycle, and CRM is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
