Proposal Writer U.S. Public sector IT Projects
Location: Hyderabad & Remote
Work Schedule: CST Time Zone
Type: Full-Time

Fixity Technologies is looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to support USA State Government IT projects, including IT staffing, IT solutions, IT services, and technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and review relevant RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, ITBs, and government opportunities
- Analyze solicitation requirements and develop proposal strategies
- Prepare, write, edit, and proofread government proposals
- Develop compliance matrices, response outlines, and proposal content
- Coordinate with Business Development, Recruiting, Technical, and Delivery teams
- Gather information, resumes, project experience, and supporting documents
- Ensure proposals meet all requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions
- Manage proposal submission and final quality checks
- Conduct post-submission follow-up, including clarifications, presentations, interviews, and status tracking
- Maintain proposal templates, past performance, case studies, and content libraries
Preferred Experience
Experience writing proposals for USA State Government IT projects
Illinois State Government experience is highly preferred
Experience with Education, Workforce Development, and Skill Development government agencies
Knowledge of IT staffing, consulting, technology solutions, and IT products
Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience working with USA-based teams and Chicago time zone
Ideal Candidate:
A proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage the proposal process from opportunity identification solicitation analysis proposal writing coordination submission post-submission follow-up.
