Transform sales to help clients build a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
Organize, categorize, and publish content and information using specic tools and channels for internal organization-wide
usage.
¢ Manage schedule changes, capacity, inventory issues, and cancellations across sales pursuits.
ROLE SUMMARY & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
¢ Role Summary: Develop clear, compelling, and compliant written content for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and sales
materials, progressing responses to an advanced (8090%) draft state in partnership with Response Managers, Sales
Operations, and SMEs.
¢ Proposal Planning & Alignment: Attend proposal kick-os to align with Response Managers and sales on strategy,
templates, data sources, and collateral.
¢ Proposal Content Development Ownership: Write compliant, persuasive content for proposals using standard
templates, campaign-aligned messaging, and existing collateral.
¢ Value Proposition & Storytelling: Translate complex solution details, dierentiators, and client needs into compelling
narratives that strengthen competitive positioning and improve win rates.
¢ Content Quality & Consistency: Ensure accuracy, tone, clarity, and brand consistency across written materials.
¢ Compliance Requirements: Pull required compliance data (placement/client data, supplier diversity, public sector reps,
market intelligence, security, and ESG pre-lls).
¢ SME Collaboration & Input Integration: Interview subject matter experts to gather technical and commercial details
and integrate inputs into proposals.
¢ Content Asset Development & Iteration: Identify high-performing content for repository reuse, incorporate review
feedback, and rene drafts to meet submission standards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
¢ Professional business writing, editing, and proposal storytelling expertise.
¢ Familiarity with proposal templates and formatting standards in MS Oce (Word, PowerPoint; MS Oce expertise
required).
¢ Ability to synthesize complex technical and commercial information clearly with high attention to detail and quality
standards.
¢ Knowledge of proposal compliance requirements and ability to ensure alignment with RFx requests.
¢ Experience collaborating with SMEs and creative colleagues (e.g., Graphic Designers) to produce response materials.
¢ Experience using Generative AI platforms to research, create, and locate content.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
¢ Operational Outcome KPIs: First-draft acceptance rate, content quality score, win rate on supported proposals, on-time
content delivery rate, and re-use eectiveness rate.
¢ Activity / Execution KPIs: Sections drafted per period, average draft turnaround time, revision cycles per section,
template adherence rate, and boilerplate utilization rate.
