Proposal Tendering Bidding Executive

Role & responsibilities

Oversee in-process verification and quality checks for all tenders before submission. o Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, client requirements, and contractual guidelines. o Identify risks, deviations, and gaps in technical and commercial submissions. o Lead cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal) for approvals and clarifications. o Develop, update, and enforce tendering standards, templates, and checklists. o Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across bids. o Support Bid Managers on compliance, documentation structure, and risk mitigation. o Monitor tender timelines and ensure readiness for timely, error-free submissions. o Support the team to strengthen quality mindset and process discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in EPC tendering processes, techno-commercial evaluation, and compliance. o Excellent understanding of contract terms, technical specifications, and documentation standards. o Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and risk-assessment skills. o Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage complex submissions. o Proficiency in MS Office and structured documentation workflows. o Leadership capability with focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
