Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Proposals with strong expertise in proposal preparation and cost estimation for industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in proposal engineering and cost estimation for industrial water and wastewater treatment.
• Proven experience in DM, RO, Mixed Bed, BEE, ATFD, ZLD, and ETP systems.
• Exposure to Power, Steel, and Mining industries is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical bid documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for DM, RO, Mixed Bed, BEE, ATFD, ZLD, STP, and ETP systems.
• Handle cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender documentation.
• Review and prepare PFDs, P&IDs, HFDs, water mass balance, equipment layouts, and GA drawings.
• Develop process flow designs based on raw water and wastewater characteristics.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, planning, and execution teams.
• Conduct site surveys, equipment selection, and technical presentations.
• Support project execution and O&M activities whenever required.
• Travel extensively across India for client meetings and proposal presentations.
