Job Summary

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer with hands-on experience in UF and RO system design to support our water treatment projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RO/UF systems, technical proposal preparation, costing, quotations, and basic AutoCAD design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RO and UF water treatment systems based on project requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates.
• Work on RO projections and system sizing as required.
• Prepare and review basic engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
• Review technical specifications, P&IDs, and related project documentation.
• Support the sales/business development team with technical inputs.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, commercially viable, and aligned with customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in the Water Treatment / Water Plant industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in UF and RO system design is mandatory.
• Knowledge of RO projections and system sizing.
• Experience in costing and quotation preparation.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of water treatment processes and plant design.
• Knowledge of IMS/WAVE will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
