About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposal drawings, GA drawings and preliminary layouts for PEB projects.
- Develop accurate drawings based on client requirements, architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare roof, wall, elevation, cross-section and other relevant proposal details.
- Coordinate with the Proposal, Design and Sales teams to incorporate technical requirements.
- Ensure drawings are prepared as per PEB standards, company guidelines and project requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accuracy, drawing standards and timely submission of proposals.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good understanding of PEB structures, GA drawings and basic structural concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of Tekla Structures will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
