Proposal Development - Clinical Trials

Definition:

This role is responsible for supporting business development activities by preparing proposals, work orders, bid defense presentations, hand-off documents, and related records. The position also maintains business databases and meeting documentation to ensure accurate coordination, timely communication, and efficient project initiation.

Essential Functions: The following duties represent the principal job duties however they are not all inclusive:

Preparation of proposal

Preparation of work order

Preparation of BD hand-off documents and PIN

Preparation of the list of SEC meeting minutes

Preparation of bid defense presentation

Prepare and maintain database

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of:

MS Office

Microsoft Word

Microsoft PowerPoint

ICH E6 (R3) Guideline for good clinical practice (GCP)

Ability to:

Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for proposal developmen
