Proposal - Analyzer System

Analyzer Proposal:

• Review customer specifications / datasheets / RFQs to ensure compliance , Suggest optimized solutions based on process and analyzer requirement and

to prepare technical/ commercial proposals

• Coordinate with product lab for arranging application approval and pricing.
• Coordinate with sub vendors for pricing of buyout components .
• Prepare cost sheets including analyser, sampling system components, accessories, engineering, and services.
• Prepare supportive documents for proposal including technical write-ups, RFQ compliance, highlight the deviation/clarification/information required if any , relevant calculations etc.,
• Provide technical clarifications to customers and internal teams during bidding stage.
• Work closely with sales, project engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Ensure proposals meet applicable standards (API, ASTM, IEC, etc.) and customer requirements.
