Property Sales Executive

Job Summary:
A Property Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties.

The role involves client interaction, site visits, lead generation, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities
• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed property information
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams
• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
