Property Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive for our residential and commercial real estate projects in Bhopal.

• Handle new leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins and referrals.
  • Call and follow up with prospective customers regularly.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with customers.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits.
  • Maintain proper lead follow-ups and update all activities in CRM.
  • Negotiate with customers and coordinate with the senior sales team for closures.
  • Achieve monthly sales, site visit and booking targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing and documentation teams after booking.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3-8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred.
  • Real Estate experience will be highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented and confident in handling customers.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with calling as well as field/site sales.
  • Good knowledge of Bhopal and surrounding areas preferred.
  • Graduate preferred.
  • Own two-wheeler/vehicle will be an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
