Property Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent housekeeping management skills, be street-smart, proactive, and possess strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple Airbnb units.
• Supervise housekeeping teams and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences.
• Handle property maintenance, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with service standards.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Hospitality Operations, Hotel Operations, or Vacation Rentals.
• Strong experience managing housekeeping teams.
• Good understanding of Food & Beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable handling vendors and operational challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Airbnb, hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments.
• Guest relationship management.
• Multi-property operations experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Street-smart, proactive, and highly organized.
