Property Operations Coordinator

Job Description

KodoKraft is hiring for Property Operations Coordinator in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal team members.
• Manage maintenance requests from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely updates to all parties.
• Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, schedule repairs, and monitor progress until works are completed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, tenancy information, compliance documents, and operational data.
• Update and manage CRM systems, spreadsheets, and property management software, ensuring information is consistently accurate and well organised.
• Chase outstanding information, quotations, invoices, and documentation from contractors, tenants, and landlords.
  
  

What you need

• Previous experience in property management, lettings, real estate administration, operations, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.
• Organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Confident managing multiple conversations, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
