Job Description: Property Manager Technical

Experience Requirements

10+ years of experience in Facility Management, property management, technical services, or building operations.

Proven experience in technical takeover, project handover, commissioning, and operational readiness of commercial buildings or large properties.

Experience working with developers, PMC consultants, project execution teams, contractors, and Facility Management teams.

Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, HVAC, fire and life safety, BMS, lifts, DG sets, UPS, and other building services.

Experience in statutory compliance, asset management, maintenance planning, vendor management, and service contract administration.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and client coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering.

Relevant certifications in Facility Management, building operations, electrical safety, or energy management will be an added advantage.
