Property Manager

Role & responsibilities Manage daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, pantry, F&B service, security and maintenance.

• Ensure guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, room allocation, special requests and complaint resolution are handled smoothly.
• Maintain room readiness, cleanliness, linen, amenities and public-area standards through daily inspections.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and terrace cafe team for breakfast, limited menu service, hygiene and guest service quality.
• Create staff rosters, allocate duties, monitor attendance and ensure shift handovers are properly documented.
• Track bookings, occupancy, guest feedback, OTA issues, cancellations and basic daily revenue reports.
• Handle vendor coordination for laundry, maintenance, supplies, repairs, housekeeping consumables and emergency support.
• Train team members on grooming, guest etiquette, escalation handling, safety procedures and brand experience standards.
• Maintain statutory, safety and operational records as instructed by management.
• Act as the face of the property for key guests, VIP arrivals, difficult situations and local partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile • 5-8 years of hotel operations/front office experience; boutique hotel, resort or 3-4 star property experience preferred.

• Strong command over Hindi and working English; ability to speak politely with guests from across India.
• Comfort with basic hotel software/OTAs, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp coordination and reporting.
• Ability to lead a small team hands-on without a large corporate support structure.
• Strong ownership, discipline, honesty, grooming and problem-solving temperament.
• Willingness to be based in Ayodhya and support peak-season/festival operations.
