Property Manager - Resort Operations

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our resort property.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in resort/hotel operations, team management, guest satisfaction, cost control, vendor coordination, and overall property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the resort.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance and Activities.
• Maintain high guest service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue and overall operational performance.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Manage procurement, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely availability of operational requirements.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline and productivity.
• Lead and support department heads and operational teams.
• Control operational expenses and minimize wastage.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
• Prior experience in managing a resort/property is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations.
• Good leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of budgeting, inventory and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
