Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Experts role based in Noida. The Property Expert will guide clients through the end-to-end property transaction process, including understanding requirements, recommending suitable residential and commercial properties, and arranging site visits. This role includes managing client relationships, explaining project features, pricing, and financing options, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth deal closures. The Property Expert will maintain updated market knowledge, track inventory, and use company tools and data to provide accurate insights and recommendations. The position involves meeting sales targets, preparing basic documentation related to transactions, and representing Square Yards in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and the ability to present property solutions confidently.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management, responsiveness, and a consultative approach.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Residential Real Estate, including local market trends, property types, and buyer preferences.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Commercial Real Estate, covering business properties, investment opportunities, and relevant regulations.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving performance targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, with flexible availability for client meetings and property visits.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online property platforms to manage leads and information.
• Previous experience in real estate, financial services, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or real estate is preferred.
