Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in the Pune Division. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end property transaction process, including understanding requirements, presenting suitable options, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers, providing accurate information on pricing, amenities, and market trends, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, update and manage property listings, prepare documentation, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to drive property transactions and meet revenue targets.
• Relevant experience in property consulting, brokerage, or real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial markets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local Pune real estate markets and basic understanding of property regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
