Property Consultant

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients particularly the NRI investor community through the purchase of off plan residential properties across prime UAE developments. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships, understanding their investment objectives, and closing deals that align with their goals. This is a high-earning, high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Actively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into off plan property sales
• Present and pitch new TIER 1 developer projects (EMAAR, SOBHA, BINGATTI, etc) with confidence and clarity
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNI and NRI clients
• Conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through the full sales process from inquiry to booking
• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, developer launches, and payment plans
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 5 years of proven real estate sales experience in UAE real estate (off plan experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals independently
• Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and ROI conversations
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil languages is preferred.
