Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the property search and selection process, conduct site visits, and provide accurate information on residential and commercial real estate options. Daily activities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property listings, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through documentation and closing of transactions. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with developers, agents, and financial institutions, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience. The Property Consultant will also stay updated on local market trends and project offerings to provide informed advice and support sales targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a client-centric experience.
• Candidates should possess Residential Real Estate knowledge, including local market awareness and understanding of housing projects and regulations.
• Candidates should possess Commercial Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with office, retail, and investment property dynamics.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and relationship-building to achieve revenue goals.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and property listing platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and local languages in Bengaluru is an advantage.
