Role Description The Online Bidder at NoBroker.com is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities through online bidding platforms and proposals. Day-to-day tasks include researching relevant portals and tenders, analyzing client requirements, preparing tailored bids and quotations, and drafting clear, concise proposals aligned with company offerings. The role involves continuous communication with internal teams to gather accurate information, coordinate timelines, and refine pitch strategies to improve win rates. The Online Bidder will also track bid outcomes, maintain records of opportunities, and provide regular performance insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong customer-focus are essential to ensure high-quality submissions and sustainable business growth.
