Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Real Estate Professional with 5-7 years of experience to identify and finalize suitable properties for our new offices , Franchises locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and identify suitable commercial properties across India.
• Conduct market research for new office, franchise locations.
• Shortlist properties based on location, connectivity, budget, size, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Coodinate for property visits and negotiate rent, lease terms, deposits, and other commercial terms.
• Compare multiple property options and prepare recommendations for management.
• Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/admin teams for lease agreements.
• Maintain a database of shortlisted properties and market rates.

Requirements

• 5-7years of relevant Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to independently search, evaluate, and finalize properties.
• Female candidates preferred.
