Proofpoint Administrator (L3)Position: Technical Lead Proofpoint (L3)

• Administer and manage Proofpoint Email Protection (PPS), Targeted Attack Protection (TAP), Email Fraud Defense (EFD), Proofpoint Essentials, and Security Awareness Training (PSAT).
• Monitor email security alerts, threats, phishing campaigns, malware detections, and platform health.
• Configure and maintain email security policies, spam filtering, DLP, encryption, URL defense, and attachment defense controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex mail flow, delivery, authentication, and security incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide technical guidance for critical issues.
• Integrate Proofpoint with Microsoft 365, SIEM platforms, and other security tools.
• Manage change requests, upgrades, policy tuning, and platform optimization activities.
• Create operational reports, dashboards, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support customer governance discussions.
