Desible.ai is Looking for:

Desible AI is a Voice AI orchestration platform that automates enterprise customer conversations across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, and email using LLM-powered agents. We handle millions of calls per month for clients in BFSI, insurance, collections, and healthcare — and we're looking for a Prompt Engineer who can own the dialogue layer that makes it all work.

This is not a coding role. It is a writing and iteration role at the intersection of language, AI, and customer communication. You will be responsible for crafting the conversations our AI agents have with real people — and making sure those conversations sound natural, handle edge cases gracefully, and keep improving over time.

• What You'll DoWrite and iterate voice bot dialogue scripts and conversation flows for enterprise clients
• Design fallback logic and decision trees for various call scenarios (sales, collections, KYC, support)
• Use GPT, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM tools to draft and re-prompt dialogue until the output sounds genuinely human
• Test bot output for naturalness, tone, and accuracy before go-live
• Monitor live call flags post-deployment and rework prompts based on real call data
• Write bilingual (English + Hindi) dialogue; regional language proficiency is a plus
• Collaborate closely with the client delivery team to understand campaign requirements and translate them into effective conversation flows
• Must HaveGood command of both English and Hindi — reading and writing
• Hands-on, iterative LLM prompting experience (GPT / Gemini / Claude) — you re-prompt until it's right, not copy-paste the first output
• Ability to write short, natural, human-sounding conversational dialogue
• At least 1 year of experience in prompt engineering or conversation design
• Good to HaveExperience at a Voice AI company — Skit.ai, GreyLabs, Spotstack, Ring AI, Vani AI, or similar
• Experience writing voice bot dialogue, fallback logic, and conversation decision trees
• Regional language proficiency — Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Marathi (read + write)
• Non-tech educational background — MBA, MCOM, BA, BBA, or Humanities/Literature
• Familiarity with LLM token optimisation and prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, etc.)
• Prior content writing experience transitioning into AI/prompting
• Interview ProcessRound 1: Screening call
• Round 2: Live prompt task - you'll share your screen and write a prompt in real time using your preferred AI tool
• Round 3: Final discussion — includes CTC negotiation
