If you understand viral storytelling, audience psychology, and high-retention content, this role is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-impact Hindi promo scripts for microdramas, OTT shows, and digital campaigns.
• Craft emotion-driven hooks that grab attention instantly and boost viewer retention.
• Analyze top-performing OTT promos viral content trends to replicate success patterns.
• Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and marketing to deliver compelling narratives.
• Adapt tone, pacing, and storytelling formats for short-form video platforms; stay ahead of digital trends, viral hooks, and audience engagement strategies in India.

What We're Looking For

• 1 - 5 years of experience in Hindi content writing / scriptwriting / promo writing.
• Background in OTT platforms, web series, films, or microdrama storytelling.
• Strong understanding of story arcs, emotional triggers, and dramatic tension.
• Exceptional command of written Hindi + English (creative, punchy, impactful)
• Ability to create short-form, high-retention, binge-worthy content.
• Self-driven, fast thinker who thrives in a high-speed content environment.
