We are looking for a motivated and technicallycapable Project Manager Technical & SaaS
Products with 23 years of relevant experience to support and drive the end-to-end execution
of software and SaaS product development projects.
The ideal candidate should understand software development processes and be comfortable
working with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, AI/ML
engineers, product teams, and management.
This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a career in Technical Project
Management, SaaS Product Management, and Technology Delivery.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring software projects
from:
Requirement Planning Design Development Testing UAT Deployment
Production Maintenance Enhancement
The candidate will work closely with technical and product teams to ensure that projects are
progressing according to defined requirements, priorities, timelines, and quality expectations.
The role requires a good understanding of:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PROJECT PLANNING & EXECUTION
• Assist in planning and executing software and SaaS projects.
• Understand project requirements, scope, objectives, and expected deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and task schedules.
• Break project requirements into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and product teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
• Identify delays, blockers, dependencies, and risks.
• Follow up with responsible team members to ensure deliverables are completed.
• Escalate critical project issues to senior management.
2. TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATION
The candidate should have a basic-to-good understanding of modern software development

3. SAAS PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
• Support the development and delivery of SaaS products.
• Coordinate feature development.
• Track product requirements and development progress.
• Maintain and monitor product backlogs.
• Coordinate MVP development.
• Track product roadmap activities.
• Coordinate API and third-party integrations.
• Monitor feature releases.
• Track product enhancements.
• Coordinate development, QA, and deployment activities.
• Collect and communicate product feedback.
• Support continuous product improvement.

4. AGILE / SCRUM
Participate in and coordinate Agile/Scrum activities including:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews

5. REQUIREMENT MANAGEMENT
• Gather and understand business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate requirement discussions with stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements with Product Managers and technical teams.
• Assist in preparing user stories.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria.
• Identify missing requirements and dependencies.
• Ensure development and QA teams have sufficient information before
implementation.
• Track requirement changes throughout the project.

• Escalate critical risks.
• Coordinate corrective actions.

• Follow up until issues are completely resolved.
For major issues, ensure the team identifies:

Experience or exposure to AI/LLM projects will be an advantage.

related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Project Management or Technology Management is an advantage.
• Scrum Master / PMP / Agile certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
