Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the President Projects on all ongoing commercial and residential projects.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with project heads, construction, planning, MEP, architecture, procurement, contracts, and finance teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
• Track pending activities, critical issues, project dependencies, and action points, ensuring timely closure.
• Schedule meetings with internal teams, consultants, architects, and contractors, and maintain meeting minutes.
• Follow up on management instructions and ensure timely execution of decisions taken by the President – Projects.
• Coordinate site visits, review meetings, and project-related documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, resource requirements, approvals, and interdepartmental dependencies.
• Identify project delays and escalate critical issues to the President – Projects.
• Maintain records of project drawings, approvals, correspondence, progress reports, and other important documents.
• Ensure effective communication between the Head Office and project sites.
• Support management reviews, presentations, and strategic project planning activities.
