Who are we looking for

Designation : Project Support Trainee

Experience Range : Fresher to 1 year

What is the work

• Manage and coordinate with internal users for project/work support related issues.
• Manage, follow and ensure closure of issues within the defined lifecycle and timelines through emails and software.
• Project management support related tasks on regular basis.
• Conduct project / process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards as and when required.
• Provide software usage and process-related training to users (physical and virtual both).
• Handling project related escalations.
  
  

What skills and experience are we looking for

• Good english communication skills to write/draft emails on daily basis, respond to users professionally, read and understand the work related tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn project management and quality processes.
• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Female candidates are preferred.
