About this role
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for supporting project and operational activities, ensuring service delivery on time and according to plan. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our projects and operations run smoothly, meeting both timelines and quality standards. Your success will be measured by your ability to keep tasks on track, support the project team, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, directly impacting Oceaneering's ability to deliver exceptional results to the stakeholders
Our hybrid/remote work model offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance personal and professional life but the initial first 12 months will require working from the office.
Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 25% of the year.
Responsibilities
Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies.
Escalate issues arising from operations and resource constrains.
Coordinate engineers and record progress against milestones of the project plan.
Facilitate relevant meetings across the lifecycle of the project and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Update the necessary changes in the project schedule with common tools like Primavera P6, Smartsheet.
Update resource loading chart to have the most up to date view of the project's resourcing position.
Assist discipline line manager in creating standard processes and maintaining Quality management system (QMS).
Arrange travel / VISA / required documents during mobilizations and demobilizations.
Raise purchase requisitions for purchases and suppliers/vendor services to satisfy projects
Provide administrative support as needed.
Required
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Graduate in any specialization.
Industrial experience of 4 years, with minimum 3 years experience in project support related activities.
DESIRED
Project Management qualification / certification.
Working exposure on travel coordination for international mobilization and de mobilization
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics
Intermediate knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, Smartsheet, MS Project etc.).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Peoplesoft ERP, etc.
Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams.
Ability to work within an international, virtual team.
Ability to communicate effectively with multi-cultural team.
Ability to write accurate and concise communications.
Self-Driven, collaborative team-player attitude.
Strong Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills.
Strong organizing and planning skills.
