Role & responsibilities- Product Plywood

Project Sales

• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, project management companies, and contractors.
• Track upcoming commercial, residential,hospitality, healthcare, education, and institutional projects.
• Generate specifications and approvals for Greenlam products.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely closures and execution.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Track outstanding payments and support collections as per company norms.
• Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
