Project Specialist Learning

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to- centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and-R&D, Data & Digital functions'..Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and-Commercial organizations'in Sanofi, globally.

Main responsibilities:

• The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below: He/She The selected person will demonstrate ability to manage end to end learning projects, learning content creation, workshop development. He/She is responsible for supporting projects and initiatives with a focus on the adoption, execution, and management of complex global learning programs.
• People: (1) Performs independently while being a good team player (2) Gathers, analyzes, and translates stakeholder requirements into actionable project timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment and timely execution of learning requests.
• Process: (1) Adapts quickly to new challenges and contributes innovative ideas to enhance project execution and process efficiency. (2) Coordinates end-to-end delivery of learning projects, including translation activities, stakeholder communications, and milestone tracking. (3) Maintains project schedules, monitors deliverables, manages risks and dependencies, and provides regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Stakeholder: (1) Process Service Now requests according to procedures in a timely manner (2) Prepare and communicate project updates, Progress reports, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment.

About you:

• Experience: 3-5 years of Experience in relevant industry

• Soft skills: Stakeholder management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Technical skills: Project Management experience, Learning Management Systems, Instructional designing
• Education: Postgraduate degree in management, computer, science or life sciences
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
