Key Responsibilities
Site Execution Supervision
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of gensets and acoustic enclosures at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per design specifications, technical standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labor teams for smooth execution.
Project Planning Coordination
- Work closely with the Project Manager and design team to understand project requirements.
- Develop site execution schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams for material availability.
Quality Control Compliance
- Inspect materials, equipment, and installation processes for quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, electrical safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks and post-installation testing.
Site Reporting Documentation
- Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and material consumption records.
- Identify and escalate any site challenges, delays, or technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation of installation procedures, test reports, and handover documents.
Safety Risk Management
- Enforce safety protocols and risk assessments at project sites.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site workers.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to HSE guidelines.
Good to have
- Experience in DG sets, power plants, HVAC systems, or noise control enclosures
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or ERP tools for project tracking.
- Familiarity with civil, electrical, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
